milk to identify the presence of BHT
in the vitamin A palmitate added to
low-fat and skimmed milks. In most
cases, whole milk does not have added
vitamin A palmitate, so it is generally
a better choice. The preservative can
be in other products like cereals that
list Vitamin A Palmitate as an ingredient,
so make sure that you use accepted
versions.
