Patriotic Windsock
Material:
1- Large round oatmeal box
Blue construction paper
Red construction paper
White construction paper
Stapler
Scissors
Tape
Red crepe paper streamers
String
Instructions:
1) Cut the bottom off a
cylindrical cardboard oatmeal
box.
2) Cover the box with blue
construction paper all the way
around the top.
3) Cut streamers and staple them onto the
bottom of the cylinder. Cover with a 3 inch
strip of red construction paper.
4) Print out star template onto white
construction paper. You can click on
the white star to go to the template.
Cut out stars and glue them to the top of the windsock.
6) Punch four holes in the top of the windsock.
Cut two pieces of string about a foot long. Tie
each string into a hole. Tie a longer piece of string to
the smaller pieces - you'll hang the windsock from this
piece of string.
7) Hang your patriotic windsock from your window or
porch.
3D Star Paper Craft
This is a cute, simple paper
craft that results in a 3D ornament
Make several to hang around the room.
Printer
Construction paper
Scissors
Crayons, Colored Pencils or Markers
String, thread, ribbon or wool
Instructions:
1) Click on template and print out.
2) Color each of the four stars red, white
and blue. Cut out each star. I suggest
that you color the #1 stars one pattern and
the #2 stars the same pattern.
3) Glue the back of the #1 stars together so the you have a
front and back . Do the same for #2 stars. When you are
through you should have 2 - 2 sided stars completed.
4) Cut down the center on the dotted lines of each star and
slide them together to form one star.
5) You can set the star out as a decoration or
put a hole in the top and hang some string
or thread from the hole.
Iron On Transfer T-Shirts
You will need:
Color printer
T-shirt (100% cotton and pre-washed
light colored shirts work better than dark ones.
Iron - on transfer printer paper
Iron
Instructions:
1) Print template out onto transfer paper. Make sure
to use colored ink.
2) Read your iron on transfer instructions carefully
and follow.

Fourth of July Fan
Wooden paint stirrer
2 (8-inch) squares of cardstock
Glue or Tape
Crayons
Sticker stars
Instructions:
1) Color each piece of card stock
to look like a flag. Place star stickers
in the corner or at the top like I did if you are using them.
2) Glue or tape your wooden paint stirer onto
the blank side of one of your decoarted cardstock
sheets.
3) Glue the blank sides of each card stock together to make
your fan.
4) Let dry before using.

Fourth of July Cupcakes
Fourth of July Cake
1 Cake mix ( I used chocolate)
1 Buttercream frosting recipe
1 cup Fresh Blueberries
1 pint Fresh Strawberries.
This was an easy cake to make for the
holiday.
1- Preheat oven and bake cake according
to directions.
2- Cool cake and frost with buttercream
frosting.
3- Place fresh blueberries in the upper left
corner of cake.
4- Slice strawberries and lay on the cake to
form the stripes.
