                      Winter Blues?
Less sunlight can mean deficiencies of vitamin
D3 and can bring on the feeling of sadness that
many   people   experience  during   the  darker
winter  months.  A growing  number of doctors
are recognizing the value of supplementing the
diet  with  vitamin  D3.   It has been  found  to be
needed   by  virtually  all  systems  of  the  body.

Natural Air Freshener
Put citrus peels into a warm
oven or  toss  them into  the
fireplace    (if   you   are  not
sensitive  to  fireplace
smoke). The tangy citrus
oils released by the heat,
will permeate the house,
and should be tolerated by
most people.

Soap Dispenser
To refill those foaming soap
dispensers with soap that is not
perfumed and dyed use a liquid
glycerine soap.

I use about 1/3 soap and 2/3 water
and then I have cheap, healthy
foaming soap.  And I love that
foaming soap as it makes the
soap last a long long time

I sent one in with my daughter for
her classroom and I know I won’t
have to refill it every single week!

        Bath Time Fun
Natural foods stores may carry all
natural bubble bath.  But you can also
use unscented shaving cream.
Squirt out a portion in a plastic cup
and let your kids use plastic spoons
to play with it, decorate each other,
and use it to finger paint on the side
of the tub.  It will provide lots of good
clean fun
